What if I bought the wrong size and product?

Please note we are not able to offer returns or exchanges due to wrong size or general personal preferences. This is why we strongly recommend using the sizing chart in the description of each product page!
Do you have any ready stock products?

As we are a humanitarian organisation, we are based on a pre-order basis. Please note that your items might take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Do you only ship to Singapore?

Currently, we only ship to Singapore. Should you wish to order in other countries, please send us an email to info@global-ehsan-relief.org BEFORE making a purchase.
